How do I know what size to order?


Sizes are all in mens except the fitted girls t-shirts which run small in size.

 
I'm having trouble adding an item to my cart.

If an item is discontinued or has limited quantities, the description will include a notice to call our office to check for availability.  Please call during office hours; or leave a voice mail, including a phone number where you can be reached during office hours.  

Be sure you have made a selection from the size or color drop-down boxes and also the quantity drop-down box.  After you have  made your selection, then be sure to click on the Add to Cart button. See the illustration below:

How do I order for overnight or second day shipping?

Please call the National office Mon-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (CST) at (816) 373-8667 to discuss shipping options. We can normally get items to you with ground shipments in time, but if it isn't possible we will help you find the cheapest way of shipping your items. Please note: UPS Overnight is expensive and the more weight you add the more expensive it will be.  

What are your shipping charges?


Shipping charges are calculated by weight.  Most orders are shipped UPS ground for other shipping options please call (816) 373-8667 or email supplies@apo.org for more information and a quote.

Who owns APO Shop and why should I buy from your company?


APO Shop is owned and operated by Alpha Phi Omega Fraternity. All proceeds help support collegiate scholarships and educational programs.


Can I return or exchange something I ordered?


To return or exchange an item, send your invoice with the package to the National Office. Please send information about the merchandise to be returned or exchanged and indicate if you are returning the item or exchanging it for a different color or size. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Prices are subject to change without notice.


I did not receive the item I ordered, because you sent me something else?


Please contact us immediately at (816) 373-8667 or at supplies@apo.org  and we will work with you on sending out the correct item or size. When the item arrives, your package will also include a return shipping label for returning the incorrect item. You will incur no additional expense on your part for an error made on our part.


When does my credit card get charged?


You credit card is charged at the time you place your order. Our system is inventory-based, which means if we have it in stock you can order the item. If we are out of stock on the item, you will not be able to order it. If the situation arises that we are out of an item you ordered, we will credit your account for that item.


How will I know if my order has been shipped?


Once we receive your order, we will fill and ship it according to your shipping instructions. Orders received prior to 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time where there is a request for Next Day or Second Day deliveries are filled and shipped immediately. All regular ground and Canadian orders are usually filled and shipped within 72 hours (3 days) Monday through Friday. We update your order when it ships, and you will receive an e-mail letting you know your order has shipped as well as your tracking number for your package.
